Pastor D is an amazing man, father, minister, radio personality and accomplished musician. He is a faithful member at the Praise Temple Full Gospel Baptist Cathedral in Shreveport, Louisiana. Pastor D is also the author of the book, "Ministry or a Gig," where he reminds those in the music ministry that only what you do for Christ will last. Pastor D started out in radio in 2010 in Shreveport with a one hour radio show called, "The Praise Temple Countdown." After working faithfully for 6 years, God opened a door and called Pastor D to his next radio assignment on 99.7 KMJJ where he hosted the 6 hour Sunday morning radio show, “Raise Your Praise,” which aired 6am-12noon and it became the #1 Sunday morning radio show in the Ark-La-Tex out of 17 other stations reaching 24,800 listeners weekly. After 6 years, God opened another door for Pastor D to become our General Manager here at KSYB 1300am The Gospel Powerhouse. This is indeed the station God listens to! Pastor D believes in the statement, "Work hard now, play hard later." Pastor D believes, when your heart is pure, God's word is sure. The hand of God truly rest on his life!
